Game #10 - Detroit Lions (2-7-0) at Arizona Cardinals (1-8-0) - Open Thread

AT
The Lions head out to Arizona today to try and rebound from a disappointing loss last week. It'll be important for Detroit to start getting something to work as the season winds down. Although talk about making the playoffs is all but gone, pride is still important, and finishing near the bottom of the league won't accomplish anything.

In today's game, the Lions play a team worse than themselves. Matt Leinart, a player they passed on in the draft is now the Cardinals starting quarterback and is looking to get a win.

For Detroit to come away with a victory, it'll be important to limit the big plays. With players like Anquan Boldin, Larry Fitzgerald, and Edgerrin James, the capability of giving up something huge is there, and it'll be up to the Lions defense to stop that. I'd say if Detroit can score 20 today then they will get their 3rd win of the season.
