Damien Woody's ex-girlfriend is at it again. After suing the offensive lineman back in October, Gina Ballard, who had been together with Woody in the past, has now filed a complaint against him.
Ballard is claiming that Woody has been "harassing her" by calling late at night and also by driving by her house to "scare" her. This may all come back to the earlier news of a lawsuit. The original dispute between the two was over a string of broken promises Woody had apparently made. Ballard sued the Lions OL for $250,000 because she stated that he had broken their engagement and lied about promises that were made. According to Ballard, Woody had promised to pay for a new business that she would open among other things. That case is still continuing.
This latest incident comes from Ballard and seems to be in the form of anger or just lies. Woody has allegedly been calling Ballard late at night and driving by harassing her. She contacted police because she was fearful and also because she was scared for her five children. It has been suggested by police that she get a personal protection order against Woody if anything like this continues.
What a tough year it has been for Damien Woody. First you go on IR, then have a lawsuit, and now are making headlines against because of a complaint in the form of harassment.
