Game #13 - Detroit Lions (2-10-0) vs Minnesota Vikings (5-7-0) - Open Thread

VS
The stretch of divisional games before the season ends starts this week against Minnesota. The Vikings come to Ford Field looking to make their playoff chances better as they are deep in the hunt for the postseason. Although a 5-7 record doesn't exactly look good on paper, the NFC isn't one of the toughest conferences to make the playoffs in.

As the Vikings are trying to win without their star running back, Detroit is just trying to win period. The Lions have once again become an embarrassment of the league, and now are just trying to play for pride.

I don't know whether to cheer for a number one pick or to cheer for a win right now. The number one pick could pay off in the future, but if Matt Millen were still around, then it may just be another big mistake. In the end, you would like to see your team win, so today, Go Lions!
