Final 2007 Draft Order

The Cleveland Browns won a coin toss to determine who gets the third overall pick of the draft last week.  Cleveland and Tampa Bay both finished with the same record and same tiebreakers, meaning that a coin toss was the last way to break the tie.  The Browns won the flip, which finalizes the first round order of the 2007 NFL Draft.
