Prior to Sunday's game, the Lions made a change to their roster, signing cornerback Paul Pratt off the practice squad and releasing offensive tackle Jamon Meredith.

Meredith was claimed off waivers from the Bills earlier this month. The Lions added him after releasing Manny Ramirez, so there wasn't a very drastic change in depth on the offensive line.

Pratt was let go during the final round of roster cuts in September. He was signed to the practice squad, as he just barely missed out on a spot with the team. Despite working at a fitness center before the Lions called him and gave him a spot on the team during training camp, Pratt played quite well and even had a 102-yard interception return for a touchdown in the preseason finale against Buffalo.

Now that Pratt is on the 53-man roster, it is expected that he will mainly see playing time on special teams.
