It's mock draft day on Pride of Detroit!
While the Pride of Detroit Community Mock Draft is just getting started, the SB Nation Mock Draft has been rolling strong for the last week over at Mocking The Draft. Already we are through 22 picks, meaning my second-round selection for the Lions will need to be submitted shortly.
For the Lions' first-round pick I didn't even bother soliciting the advice of you guys since it really was a no-brainer to select Ndamukong Suh. For the 34th overall pick, however, I'm really open to any and all ideas. I don't have a certain position in mind and I especially don't have a specific player in mind since the big three of Kyle Wilson, Brandon Graham, and Mike Iupati were all selected consecutively earlier in the draft.
Keeping all of that in mind and taking a look at which players have already been selected (see after the jump), here is my question to you guys: Which player (if he's still available) should I select with the 34th overall pick, and in general which position should I focus on?
