From the Lions' transactions page:
The Detroit Lions release LS Sam Scroggins and claim LB Lee Campbell from the New York Giants.
There has been at least one report that Randy Phillips was signed, but that has not been confirmed by the team just yet. Since the Lions' three-day minicamp started earlier today, I'd imagine that that deal was already finalized but just has yet to be reported.
