According to National Football Post, the Lions have inked another draft pick to a deal.
The Detroit Lions have signed seventh-round defensive end Willie Young, according to a league source.
Young signed a three-year, $1.26 million contract that includes a bonus of almost $48,000 and the standard base salaries of $320,000, $405,000 and $490,000.
Young joins offensive tackle Jason Fox as the draft picks the Lions have signed so far. Fox was inked to a three-year deal on Friday, and now Young is also reportedly an official member of the team. There is no word on who was released to make room on the roster for Young just yet.
With Fox and Young signed, that leaves Ndamukong Suh, Jahvid Best, Amari Spievey and Tim Toone as the only picks that need to be signed. Considering we still have over a month until training camp, there is plenty of time to get those four under contract.
