Here's the rundown of Thursday's injury report for the Detroit Lions:
Did Not Practice
DE Lawrence Jackson (Thigh), DT Nick Fairley (Foot), LB Justin Durant (Hamstring), CB Aaron Berry (Shoulder), CB Eric Wright (Hamstring), S Louis Delmas (Knee)
Limited In Practice
RB Kevin Smith (Ankle), DE Willie Young (Ankle), CB Chris Houston (Knee), S Amari Spievey (Knee)
Fully Practiced
OG Rob Sims (Shoulder)
Aside from Kyle Vanden Bosch returning after his day off, there are only two changes from Wednesday's injury report: Smith practiced on a limited basis and Fairley was absent on Thursday. Smith tried to practice on Wednesday but was unable to give it a go on even a limited basis. That was not the case on Thursday, which is a good sign for his status on Sunday. I suppose the opposite could be said about Fairley. He did practice on a limited basis on Wednesday but was out on Thursday. What happens on Friday should be a good indicator of if Smith and Fairley will be able to play on Sunday or not.
