2011 NFL Mock Draft: St. Louis Rams Select Jonathan Baldwin

With the 47th pick of Pride of Detroit's 2011 NFL Mock Draft, the St. Louis Rams select Pittsburgh wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin. Mgoblue4ever is serving as the Rams' general manager, and his reasoning for the pick is below.

The St. Louis Rams select Jonathan Baldwin with their second-round pick. A.J. Green and Julio Jones were already off the board in the first, and the Rams are getting desperate to get some playmakers around Sam Bradford. I also considered Maryland's Torrey Smith, Indiana's Tandon Doss and Boise State's Titus Young, but I went with Baldwin since he has great height -- something that the Rams' current WRs do not.

(Quick note on the schedule of picks and deadlines for picks to be submitted: we're off track right now with both, so don't panic if your deadline has passed and you haven't heard anything. You will go on the clock when I send you an email. In the coming days I will try to get things caught up and back on track.)
