Jim Schwartz Holding Contest To Nickname The Lions' Defensive Line

In the wake of the Detroit Lions taking Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley in the 2011 NFL Draft, a lot of people have felt that the team's defensive line should be given a nickname. After all, with the likes of Fairley, Ndamukong Suh, Cliff Avril and Kyle Vanden Bosch on the defensive line, there is a lot of talent, and that doesn't even take into account guys like Corey Williams, Sammie Hill, Lawrence Jackson and Turk McBride.

Great defensive lines always seem to be nicknamed something. Jim Schwartz pointed this out on Twitter earlier today, mentioning the "Purple People Eaters" for the Vikings, "Sack Pack" for the Colts and "Silver Rush" for the Lions back in the late 70s and early 80s.

Now Schwartz wants a nickname for his D-line, and he's going to reward the person that comes up with the best idea.

I've heard a lot of people suggesting names for the Lions' front four. Send your ideas. Whoever has the best, gets an autographed fball.less than a minute ago via web Favorite Retweet Reply

My favorite nickname is "The Disassembly Line," which quite a few people have submitted as their idea for Schwartz's contest. What do you guys think the D-line should be nicknamed?
