Where The Lions Roster Stands: Recap

Over the course of the last month I have taken a look at the Detroit Lions roster by breaking it down position-by-position. My goal was to finish before the NFL lockout ended, and it looks like I concluded the series just in the nick of time.

With the NFL lockout expected to end in the next week, the new league year will soon open and free agency will finally begin. That means rosters around the league will start to look much different than they do right now. For the Lions, the offense probably won't experience too many drastic changes, but it will certainly be interesting to see what happens at linebacker and cornerback, as both positions could use a few new faces.

In order to get a primer on where things stand going into free agency, check out the list of posts from this series below.

Depending on what happens with free agency, it's possible that I will revisit certain positions before the final round of roster cuts happens.
