Undrafted Free Agents: Detroit Lions Agree To Deals With 3 More Players

The Detroit Lions have already agreed to deals with Alabama tight end Preston Dial and Northwestern linebacker Quentin Davie, and now you can add at least three more undrafted free agents to the list:

There is also a report out there saying that cornerback Matt Kessler from Binghamton has agreed to a deal with the Lions, but I'm not putting him on the list just yet. Why? Well, based on doing some quick research it doesn't appear Binghamton has a football program, and a Google search of Matt Kessler reveals nobody that played football. I could just be missing something, but color me skeptical about that piece of news for now.

The other three players do appear to have legitimately agreed to deals with the Lions. If the Kessler news is real, we know of six players that have agreed to join the Lions. If it's not, there are five UDFAs that are headed to Detroit as of now.

UPDATE: Just as I suspected, the Matt Kessler to the Lions news was fake.
