When Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh took part in the Gumball 3000 at the end of May, he brought a camera crew with him for a series on NFL.com called "Ndamukong 3000." The first "webisode," as NFL.com is calling it, debuted on Tuesday. It focuses on the first part of the trip, and you can watch it here.
During webisode No. 1, we get to see Suh and Indianapolis Colts linebacker Cody Glenn check out London for the first time. The journey starts with them walking around London and attempting to chat with a few ladies. It doesn't exactly go so well, but later they have a nice conversation with a police officer who had somewhat surprisingly heard of the Lions. Later Suh and Glenn watch President Obama drive by in his limo after he spent some time in London.
The webisode continues with a look at Suh and Glenn checking out cars that will be used in the rally, attending the pre-rally party at the Playboy Club and getting up after only a few hours of sleep to work out. Suh and Glenn then begin the Gumball 3000 by heading to Paris from London, and the camera crew caught up with Shawne Merriman, who also participated in the event.
I'm not sure when it will be out, but the next webisode of "Ndamukong 3000" will give us a look at Suh and Glenn's journey to Spain, where the two were pulled over by police. It should be interesting to watch, because the first webisode certainly provided a look at a different side of Suh.
