All of the Madden 12 player ratings for the Detroit Lions have been released. ESPN posted the breakdown of ratings today, giving us a look at the overall ratings for each player, as well as the ratings for the individual categories.
Here is a rundown of some of the more interesting or notable ratings:
- QB Matthew Stafford - 80 overall, 97 throw power, 81 throw accuracy, 65 injury
- RB Jahvid Best - 80 overall, 96 speed, 97 acceleration, 97 agility
- WR Calvin Johnson - 93 overall, 95 speed, 94 acceleration, 96 agility, 99 jump
- DT Ndamukong Suh - 89 overall, 95 strength, 94 tackle
- DT Corey Williams - 86 overall, 90 strength, 82 tackle
- LE Cliff Avril - 85 overall, 81 speed, 75 tackle
- FS Louis Delmas - 84 overall, 87 speed, 71 tackle
- K Jason Hanson - 88 overall, 86 kick power, 88 kick accuracy
Some other observations:

Don Muhlbach is in the game and is listed as a tight end since there is no long snapper position
- LG Rob Sims is the highest rated offensive lineman at 84 overall; LT Jeff Backus is next at 83 overall
- None of the linebackers on this roster are rated in the 80s or higher
