In Week 1 of the preseason against the Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions wide receiver Nate Burleson made an outstanding catch in the end zone for a touchdown. It wasn't ruled a touchdown initially, but after a challenge the referees changed their call and gave Burleson the score.
On Friday in the Lions' second preseason game, Burleson made yet another spectacular catch for a touchdown. He once again somehow managed to get two feet down inbounds, and since he was in Cleveland facing the Browns, he celebrated by doing LeBron James' chalk toss to rub some salt in the wounds of the opposing fans. Take a look:
Burleson ended up catching two passes for 34 yards and he also ran the ball once on a reverse for 26 yards. All in all he had quite the game, and I'd say the touchdown reception was a pretty good present for Burleson, whose birthday was the same day as the game.
