The Detroit Lions have a total of six players listed on this week's injury report. Three of the players are out and three are questionable. Here's the rundown:
Detroit Lions
WR Calvin Johnson (Ankle) - Questionable
WR Maurice Stovall (Hand) - Questionable
OT Jason Fox (Foot) - Out
DT Nick Fairley (Foot) - Out
CB Alphonso Smith (Foot) - Out
S Louis Delmas (Hip) - Questionable
Kansas City Chiefs
WR Jonathan Baldwin (Thumb) - Out
The trio of players out for the Lions is still recovering from foot injuries. Smith is the closest to returning considering he was able to practice this week. Granted, he was limited in all three practices, but Fox and Fairley have yet to even return to the practice field.
As for the three questionable players, all of them are likely going to be game-time decisions. Johnson should play, and the expectation is for Delmas to give it a go as well. Because Stovall has a cast on his hand, his status is a bit more uncertain. Obviously he wouldn't be of much use as a receiver with the cast on his hand, but you would think he could still play on special teams.
