Senior Bowl Week Has Arrived

The highest-profile game featuring college football players entering the draft is the Senior Bowl. Played annually in Mobile, Alabama, the Senior Bowl features the top senior players from around the nation. Aside from the combine and pro days, this is the biggest scouting event for the NFL Draft, as coaches, front-office personnel and scouts all converge on Mobile for the game.

The Lions are wasting little time in starting their scouting at the Senior Bowl. Players were measured and weighed in today, and tonight Martin Mayhew is planning on interviewing 10 players, according to Anwar Richardson.

Perhaps the best part about the Senior Bowl is that NFL Network provides extensive coverage of it. Throughout the week, practices will be shown live leading up to the game on Saturday.
