The Detroit Lions hit a low point earlier this season when they fell to 1-3 with a 20-13 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Now, the Lions are 4-4 and have a chance to move out of last place in the NFC North on Sunday against the Vikings. What's more, the Lions can take another step toward improving their positioning in the race for a playoff spot. There is obviously still a lot of football to be played after this week, but winning on Sunday in Minnesota would greatly help the Lions' playoff chances.
