Lions vs. Packers injury report: Chris Houston aiming to play on Sunday

Detroit Lions cornerback Chris Houston is aiming to play on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.

The Detroit Lions got cornerback Chris Houston back at practice on a limited basis on Thursday. Houston suffered a high ankle sprain last week against the Minnesota Vikings, but he is planning to play this week against the Green Bay Packers. Typically injuries of this variety take more than a week to recover from, but Houston said on Thursday that his ankle felt better than he expected it to by this time in the week.
