Lions vs. Colts injury report: Detroit gets several players back at practice on Thursday

The Detroit Lions got several players who were out on Wednesday back on Thursday.

The Detroit Lions were without six players when they hit the practice field on Wednesday. On Thursday, five of those players returned to practice on a limited basis. Most notably, offensive tackle Jeff Backus was able to practice, indicating that he has a chance to play this week. Also, running back Mikel Leshoure was back at practice, so his ankle issue doesn't seem to be anything serious, as expected.
