It's time to wrap up our November Detroit Lions approval ratings series by taking a look at what fans have to say about defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham. Previously, we've taken polls for head coach Jim Schwartz and offensive coordinator Scott Linehan, and both have indicated that fans are getting fed up with the coaching.
I'm particularly interested in the results of Cunningham's poll simply because there doesn't seem to be as much heat on the defense. The defense has certainly played a part in the Lions' 4-7 record, but I feel like more attention has been devoted to mistakes on the part of Schwartz and Linehan.
For reference, Cunningham had an approval rating of 32 percent back in October. 49 percent of the voters didn't approve of the job he was doing as defensive coordinator. How will those numbers change this time around? Vote in the poll below and leave your thoughts in the comments.
