I could get used to this. Not only did the Detroit Lions win in Week 9, but their victory helped propel me to an excellent 11-3 record in Pride Of Detroit Pick'em. I only jumped up to tied for 16th in the standings, but I feel pretty good about my 82-50 record for the season.
In Week 10, I'm hoping to keep this momentum going, and yes, I'm once again picking the Lions to win. Believe it or not, but the Lions are actually favored against the Minnesota Vikings despite the game being on the road. This is a game where one team is trending up and the other is trending down. Luckily, the Lions are the former in this situation, and I think they will go on the road, pick up a win and move into third place in the NFC North.
Here's a look at all of my Week 10 picks:
Season record: 82-50
Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars
New York Giants at Cincinnati Bengals
Tennessee Titans at Miami Dolphins
Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings
Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots
Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints
San Diego Chargers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Denver Broncos at Carolina Panthers
Oakland Raiders at Baltimore Ravens
New York Jets at Seattle Seahawks
Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles
St. Louis Rams at San Francisco 49ers
Houston Texans at Chicago Bears
Kansas City Chiefs at Pittsburgh Steelers
Non-Lions game to watch
This was an easy choice this week. The Sunday night game is Texans at Bears. These are two of the top teams in the NFL, and it would be really nice to see Houston hand Chicago a primetime loss.
