Lions vs. Bears injury report: Brandon Pettigrew remains out

The Detroit Lions are still without tight end Brandon Pettigrew, who again missed practice on Thursday with an ankle injury.

At this point, it would be a surprise if tight end Brandon Pettigrew is able to play for the Detroit Lions on Sunday. He has been out since the Lions' game against the Green Bay Packers earlier this month, and he hasn't even practiced since suffering the ankle injury. He was out again on Thursday, as were defensive tackle Sammie Hill and safety Louis Delmas. The other three players on the injury report took part in practice on either a limited or full basis.

Here's a full look at the Lions' Thursday injury report:

WR Calvin Johnson (Knee/ankle) - Limited in practice
TE Brandon Pettigrew (Ankle) - Didn't practice
DT Sammie Hill (Toe) - Didn't practice
CB Chris Houston (Hamstring) - Limited in practice
S Don Carey (Knee) - Fully practiced
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Didn't practice

And here's a look at the Chicago Bears' Thursday injury report:

OT Jonathan Scott (Hamstring) - Fully practiced
DT Henry Melton (Chest) - Limited in practice
LB Brian Urlacher (Hamstring) - Didn't practice
LB Blake Costanzo (Calf) - Didn't practice
CB Tim Jennings (Shoulder) - Fully practiced
CB Charles Tillman (Ribs/elbow) - Limited in practice
