Lions notes: Matthew Stafford, Calvin Johnson, Sunday's snowy forecast and more

• Under no circumstances should you buy this Detroit Lions calendar. It may be the worst thing ever made.
• There is a lot of snow in the forecast for Green Bay on Sunday. It may taper off by the time the Lions' game gets underway, but it looks like there will be quite a bit of snow in the stadium before then.
  
• The Lions' official site has clips from A Football Life: Barry Sanders, which premiered earlier this week.
  
• Last week, Matthew Stafford became the fastest player in Lions history to reach 1,000 completions (41 games).
• Stafford has the most passing yards (3,742) in Lions history through 12 games in a season.
• Calvin Johnson recently voiced a character in a cartoon about the NFL.
• Stafford and Johnson were mic'd up for last week's game. The ending of the video obviously sucks, but it's pretty awesome before that.
• Willie Young considered having a finger amputated because it was sliced so badly. (Click here at your own risk for a picture of the injury.)
• Ryan Broyles had successful surgery on his torn ACL this week.
  
• Nick Fairley was fined $15,750 for a horse-collar tackle on Andrew Luck in last week's game.
• Stephen Tulloch was recently featured on Today to showcase how he is working to help fight cancer in the memory of a childhood friend.
  
• Nate Burleson is 100 percent sure he will be back from his injury in February.

• Corey Williams admitted this week that it has been a "bumpy road" for him this season.
• Jason Hanson and Jim Schwartz talked this week about the idea of eliminating kickoffs.
