In case you missed it, SB Nation's football writers 2012 NFL mock draft began earlier this week. Each site represents its team and makes picks for a two-round mock draft, and so far 11 of the selections have been made public.
Soon, I will be submitting my choice for who to take for the Detroit Lions with the 23rd overall pick of the draft. Unfortunately, by picking this late in the first round for a change, the majority of players I had hoped to take are already off the board. I'm hoping that once my pick arrives, I'll still have one or two of the guys at the top of my board available.
Regardless of what happens before I go on the clock, I want to get your advice on which player should be picked. Earlier this week, it was made quite clear that the majority of you would prefer the Lions to select a cornerback with their first-round pick. Depending on who is available, which corner would you want? And if a cornerback worth selecting with that pick isn't there, which players at other positions should be considered?
