A few years ago, despite the Detroit Lions hiring a new coach and having the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, one of the biggest stories dealt with the unveiling of a new logo and uniforms. Perhaps that's because the new coaching staff was in place early in the offseason and it was a given that Matthew Stafford would be the top pick, but I was amazed at how much interest there was in the new logo and uniforms and just how much discussion the topic produced.
This year, several teams could be dealing with a similar amount of interest with Nike taking over as the official apparel supplier of the NFL. New uniforms are coming for all teams in the NFL, and Pro Football Talk reports that they will be unveiled on April 3.
Although the supplier of the uniforms is changing, Tim Twentyman reports that we shouldn't expect any significant design changes for the Lions' jerseys.
No major changes for Lions, just better and tighter material "@ProFootballTalk: NFL will unveil new Nike uniforms on April 3."

I'm sure a team here or there will go the Oregon route and break out some interesting new designs, but expect the NFL to be much more conservative compared to what you see in the college game.
