Jim Ross may be known best for his work as an announcer in the WWE, but he is also a big Oklahoma Sooners fan. Like most Oklahoma fans, Good Ol' JR will now suddenly be keeping an eye on the Detroit Lions given that they drafted three former Sooners last month. The former Oklahoma players all arrived in Allen Park on Thursday for the rookie minicamp this weekend.
On Twitter, JR has provided Lions fans with some insight into two of the Lions' Oklahoma players: Ronnell Lewis and Travis Lewis. Here's JR's take on Ronnell Lewis:
@caplannfl .. Ronnell Lewis=Brock Lesnar..country boy, mean streak..physically gifted..has to be turned loose, fast..strong..hungry.

And here's what he had to say about Travis Lewis:
@caplannfl .. Travis had a good, 4 year run here albeit an injury affected senior year. Charismatic kid..smart..excellent sound byte. Thx!

All three of the Oklahoma draft picks have now signed with the Lions to officially join the team. Ryan Broyles actually tweeted a picture of his contract, and Travis Lewis tweeted that he has signed his as well.
