The Detroit Lions' 53-man roster is now set. The Lions made their final cut on Friday night by releasing wide receiver Patrick Edwards, according to Tim Twentyman.
Rookie QB Kellen Moore makes the roster 53-man roster. WR Patrick Edwards and G Dan Gerberry are the last two cuts.

As Twentyman pointed out, Kellen Moore has made the team as the Lions' third quarterback. His play over the last couple weeks greatly helped his chances of making the team and ultimately resulted in the coaches deciding to keep him.
With Edwards being let go, the Lions ended up keeping five wide receivers. Kassim Osgood ended up making the team as the final wide receiver despite just being signed last week. Of course, it's worth pointing out that this roster is by no means final with waiver claims still yet to take place, but for now, Osgood is on the team, as is Moore.
