The first injury report of Week 4 is out for the Detroit Lions. It's the longest yet this season, as there are a total of 11 players listed on it. Six of them didn't take part in Wednesday's practice at all, whereas the other five were either limited or full participants. Here's the rundown:
QB Matthew Stafford (Hip) - Didn't practice
RB Mikel Leshoure (Groin) - Limited in practice
WR Calvin Johnson (Ankle) - Limited in practice
WR Titus Young (Knee) - Didn't practice
TE Tony Scheffler (Calf) - Didn't practice
OT Corey Hilliard (Elbow) - Fully practiced
OG Rob Sims (Knee) - Limited in practice
DT Corey Williams (Knee) - Didn't practice
LB Travis Lewis (Quad) - Didn't practice
LB Justin Durant (Back) - Limited in practice
S Louis Delmas (Knee) - Didn't practice
It turns out that Matthew Stafford actually has a hip injury rather than a hamstring injury. It also turns out that Mikel Leshoure is dealing with some soreness in his groin. Considering he practiced on a limited basis, I don't think it's anything too serious, but perhaps it's something to keep an eye on as the week progresses.
