Lions injury report: Only Corey Hilliard, Nate Burleson miss practice

Only two Detroit Lions players were out on Thursday.

Ron Schwane-USA TODAY Sports

The Detroit Lions nearly had full participation during their practice on Thursday. Only offensive tackle Corey Hilliard and wide receiver Nate Burleson didn't practice. Burleson has already been ruled out for this week's game, and it's looking less and less likely that Hilliard will play.

The good news is that offensive tackle Riley Reiff returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday. This is a sign that he may be able to play this week against the Dallas Cowboys. If offensive tackle Jason Fox is also able to play, the Lions would have their two regular starters at the position and LaAdrian Waddle and Barry Richardson behind them to provide extra depth.

Here's the Lions' full injury report for Thursday:

RB Theo Riddick (concussion) - Fully practiced
WR Calvin Johnson (knee) - Limited in practice
WR Nate Burleson (forearm) - Did not practice
TE Brandon Pettigrew (hamstring) - Limited in practice
OT Riley Reiff (hamstring) - Limited in practice
OT Corey Hilliard (knee) - Did not practice
OT Jason Fox (knee) - Limited in practice
DT Andre Fluellen (concussion) - Limited in practice
LB Ashlee Palmer (ankle) - Limited in practice
CB Rashean Mathis (groin) - Limited in practice
S Louis Delmas (knee) - Limited in practice
