Lions at Steelers injury report: Calvin Johnson probable for Sunday

The Detroit Lions have listed Calvin Johnson as probable for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

I think it's safe to let out a sigh of relief, because Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is probable for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. After missing the first two practices this week, Johnson practiced on a limited basis on Friday. With him being listed as probable, he should play in Pittsburgh.

Unlikely to play on Sunday are wide receiver Nate Burleson and cornerback Bill Bentley, as both players are listed as doubtful. Also, running back Montell Owens is out for Sunday after re-injuring his knee last week.

It also sounds unlikely that defensive end Ziggy Ansah will play against the Steelers. Although he did practice on a limited basis on Friday and is listed as questionable, multiple reports suggested that he looked far from healthy.

Here's the Lions' full final injury report:

RB Reggie Bush (knee) - Probable
RB Montell Owens (knee) - Out
WR Calvin Johnson (knee) - Probable
WR Nate Burleson (forearm) - Doubtful
OT Corey Hilliard (knee) - Questionable
DE Ziggy Ansah (ankle) - Questionable
CB Bill Bentley (knee) - Doubtful
S Louis Delmas (knee) - Probable

And here's the Steelers' final injury report:

TE Heath Miller (not injury related) - Probable
OT Kevin Beachum (hip) - Probable
OT Marcus Gilbert (ankle) - Probable
OT Mike Adams (ribs) - Probable
OG David DeCastro (ankle) - Probable
OG Ramon Foster (ankle) - Questionable
C Fernando Velasco (knee) - Probable
DE Brett Keisel (foot) - Questionable
