With the Detroit Lions dropping their second game in a row, they have fallen in NFL power rankings for the second week in a row. They did actually move up to 10th in one set of rankings for some reason, but they dropped to either 13th or 14th in the rest. Take a look:
- SB Nation: 10th (up from 11th)
- ESPN: 13th (down from 11th)
- CBS Sports: 13th (down from 10th)
- FOX Sports: 14th (down from 11th)
- Pro Football Talk: 14th (down from 11th)
The Green Bay Packers, which will take on the Lions on Thursday, are ranked 23rd (SB Nation), 17th (ESPN), 17th (CBS Sports), 21st (FOX Sports) and 12th (Pro Football Talk). Clearly, there is some disagreement on where the Packers belong in the rankings, likely because of the absence of Aaron Rodgers. He will be out again this week, which hopefully means another loss is on the horizon for Green Bay.
