Lions-Vikings injury report: Calvin Johnson questionable for Sunday

Calvin Johnson is listed as questionable for Sunday's season finale.

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The Detroit Lions' final injury report of the 2013 season is a lengthy one. LaAdrian Waddle and Israel Idonije have been ruled out for Sunday's game, and Bill Bentley and Chris Houston are considered doubtful. Also, wide receiver Calvin Johnson is listed as questionable despite not practicing all week. Perhaps that's a sign that he could play against the Minnesota Vikings, but considering this is a meaningless game, it would be pretty stupid to let him suit up.

In any case, here's the Lions' full final injury report:

RB Joique Bell (knee) - Probable
WR Calvin Johnson (knee) - Questionable
OT LaAdrian Waddle (ankle) - Out
OG Dylan Gandy (illness) - Probable

CB Jonte Green (shoulder) - Questionable

And here's the Vikings' final injury report:

FB Jerome Felton (knee) - Probable
WR Cordarrelle Patterson (chest) - Probable
