Free-agent safety Louis Delmas has concluded his visit with the St. Louis Rams. He didn't agree to a deal with the Rams, but he does reportedly have a contract offer from them. He is still evaluating his other options, though, and the latest opportunity to come about for Delmas is a visit with the San Francisco 49ers.

Delmas is believed to still have an offer on the table from the Detroit Lions, which remain "in the mix" for him despite signing safety Glover Quin to a five-year deal on Wednesday. The Lions appear to be leaving the door open for Delmas to return, but the fact that he is taking another visit makes it seem like he isn't very happy with what they offered.
At this point, I still think it would be an upset if Delmas re-signs with the Lions, especially now that he has an offer from the Rams. However, perhaps no teams will end up blowing him away with what they are putting on the table, leading to him ultimately staying in Detroit.
