The people have spoken, and Central Michigan offensive tackle Eric Fisher is the No. 1 player on Pride Of Detroit's 2013 NFL Draft big board. 1,502 ballots were cast, and Fisher really ran away with the No. 1 spot on POD's big board. He actually received fewer first-place votes than Texas A&M offensive tackle Luke Joeckel, but Fisher ended up with 458 more points because of his big advantage in second-place votes.
What does the rest of the top five look like? Joeckel, as you probably could have guessed, came in second behind Fisher. Joeckel was followed by BYU defensive end Ezekiel Ansah and Alabama cornerback Dee Milliner. Georgia linebacker Jarvis Jones rounded out the top five. Here's a full look at the results:

Clearly, Pride Of Detroit readers are on the offensive tackle bandwagon. If Fisher and Joeckel don't make it to No. 5, readers want to see the Detroit Lions take Ansah or Milliner. If all four players somehow are gone by the time the Lions go on the clock, then it seems readers are okay with them taking Jones, who is seen as a bit of a risk because of his medical concerns.
It obviously remains to be seen what the Lions will do with the fifth overall pick, but I could see their big board lining up with ours. Fisher and Joeckel are by far the top two options, but if neither is available, addressing a need on defense seems to be the way to go.
