The 2013 NFL preseason schedule was announced on Thursday afternoon. Dates and times for non-national TV games won't be released until a later date, but we now know the four teams the Detroit Lions will face in the 2013 preseason.
As usual, the Lions will take on the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills in the 2013 preseason. Since those two teams came to Ford Field last year, the Lions are headed on the road to Cleveland and Buffalo this year.
The Lions' two home games in the 2013 preseason will be against the New York Jets and New England Patriots.

The 2013 NFL regular-season schedule is set to be announced on April 16. We already know the Lions' opponents for 2013, but we won't get the details on when those games will happen until April 16.
