As expected, the Detroit Lions took a bit of a tumble in NFL power rankings for Week 3. Considering the Lions went on the road and lost to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, this is no surprise. The Lions weren't able to start the season 2-0, and now they're down in most power rankings this week as a result. Take a look:
- SB Nation: 16th (down from 14th)
- ESPN: 18th (no change)
- CBS Sports: 21st (down from 20th)
- FOX Sports: 17th (down from 14th)
- Pro Football Talk: 18th (down from 11th)
The Washington Redskins, Detroit's next opponent, are ranked 19th (SB Nation), 24th (ESPN), 27th (CBS Sports), 26th (FOX Sports) and 26th (Pro Football Talk) in this week's power rankings. Another loss for the 'Skins could send them even farther down the rankings, while a win for the Lions could send them rising up the teens.
Where do you think the Lions belong after two weeks of the season?
