Lions vs. Vikings inactives: Ryan Broyles, Mikel Leshoure out for Detroit

Two notable offensive players are among the Detroit Lions' inactives.

Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

The list of inactives is out for Sunday's game between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings. For the Lions, some notable names are on the list:

QB Kellen Moore
RB Mikel Leshoure
WR Ryan Broyles
OT LaAdrian Waddle
C Leroy Harris
DE Devin Taylor
CB Jonte Green

Leshoure and Broyles jump out to me. Leshoure has clearly fallen behind Joique Bell in the Lions' rotation at running back, and they must feel that Theo Riddick brings more to the table on special teams, hence Leshoure not even being active. As for Broyles, he just isn't 100 percent healthy yet, so he's out. (I'm also a bit surprised that Taylor is inactive.)

Here are the Vikings' inactives:

QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson
OG Jeff Baca
DE George Johnson
DT Kevin Williams
LB Gerald Hodges
LB Michael Mauti
S Mistral Raymond
