- Ndamukong Suh met new Detroit Lions head coach Jim Caldwell on Wednesday. Later, after Caldwell held his introductory press conference, Lions president Tom Lewand talked about Suh's contract, which will make him a free agent after next season.
Tom Lewand said they haven't started extension talks w/Suh but would like to keep him here and he indicated Suh said he would like to stay

- Before coming to Detroit, new Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin coached for three different NFL teams (Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens), and he went to the Super Bowl with all of them. Hopefully that's a sign of things to come with him joining the Lions.

- Reggie Bush recently ended up on TMZ -- for a good reason, though.
- Daniel Jeremiah has released his top 50 rankings for the 2014 NFL Draft. (Sammy Watkins is No. 2 overall, by the way.)
- Rotoworld took an extremely interesting look at Watkins, Mike Evans, Kelvin Benjamin and Marqise Lee.
