- The Lions put 11 players on Pro Football Focus' 2013 All-NFC North Team.
- Larry Warford made Spotrac's NFC All-Value Team for 2013.
- In a survey of NFL players, Calvin Johnson was voted the fourth most respected player in the league behind Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Adrian Peterson.
- New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is going to be a free agent this offseason, and it's possible the Lions could take a look at signing him given their need for help at the position. However, based on his alleged actions during this past season, I don't have any interest in Nicks coming to Detroit unless the Lions get him for an extremely team-friendly deal.
