NFL power rankings, Week 11: No movement for Lions this week

Despite scoring a big win on Sunday, the Detroit Lions didn't really move around at all in this week's NFL power rankings.

Thanks to another late comeback, the Detroit Lions got a big win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The win did not really affect their standing in this week's NFL power rankings, though. Nearly all of the rankings we track left the Lions in the same spot as last week:

The main reason behind this seems to be that the teams at the top of the power rankings didn't lose, so there wasn't an opportunity for any real movement for the Lions.

This week, however, a big opportunity to move up exists for the Lions. They are set to take on the Arizona Cardinals, which are currently ranked first (SB Nation), second (NFL.com), second (ESPN), first (CBS Sports), sixth (FOX Sports) and first (Pro Football Talk). With a win this week, the Lions should jump the Cardinals, and they could even jump some other teams as well. Obviously the more important thing is to jump the Cardinals in the NFC standings, but leaving Arizona victorious would likely elevate the Lions quite a bit from a perception standpoint.
