- The latest Pro Bowl voting update is out. On offense, Matthew Stafford is 10th among quarterbacks and Golden Tate is ninth among wide receivers. And on defense, Ziggy Ansah is seventh among defensive ends, Ndamukong Suh is third among defensive tackles and DeAndre Levy is eighth among outside linebackers.
- Suh attended Michigan's basketball game against Bucknell in Ann Arbor on Monday. Why? It turns out Suh is cousins with Michigan freshman Kameron Chatman.
- Suh landed ninth on Mike Sando's list of MVP candidates, and Tate came in 10th on Chris Wesseling's list. (Aaron Rodgers is No. 1 on both lists.)
- It's really tough to be optimistic about the Detroit Lions' game against the New England Patriots this week...
The #Patriots have won 13 straight games against the NFC North. They play at Green Bay next week after the #Lions.

- The Lions are having more issues with penalties this year than they did last season. That's alarming, to say the least.
- A user on Reddit put together an extensive look at what's wrong with the Lions offense. It's a pretty interesting read.
- With Adrian Peterson suspended for the rest of the season, the Minnesota Vikings decided to claim running back Ben Tate off waivers from the Cleveland Browns on Wednesday.
- Running back LeGarrette Blount, who was released by the Pittsburgh Steelers this week, cleared waivers and is now a free agent.
