Considering how banged up the Detroit Lions have been this season, you might want to sit down for this news. Ready? Okay, good...
Only one Lions player didn't practice on Thursday. Reggie Bush, Calvin Johnson, Joseph Fauria and LaAdrian Waddle previously returned to practice on Wednesday, and Eric Ebron and Brandon Pettigrew both returned on Thursday. This left Nick Fairley as the only Lions player sidelined from practice.
The big news here is that all three of the Lions' top tight ends were on the practice field together for the first time in a long time. It still remains to be seen just who will be available on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, but this is a great sign considering the Lions were forced to roll with Kellen Davis and Jordan Thompson at the position before their bye week. It seems like at least one of Fauria, Ebron and Pettigrew should be able to play on Sunday.
Here's the Lions' full injury report for Thursday:
RB Reggie Bush (ankle) - Fully practiced
WR Calvin Johnson (ankle) - Fully practiced
TE Brandon Pettigrew (foot) - Limited in practice
TE Joseph Fauria (ankle) - Limited in practice
TE Eric Ebron (hamstring) - Limited in practice
OT LaAdrian Waddle (concussion) - Fully practiced
DE Ziggy Ansah (toe) - Limited in practice
DT Nick Fairley (knee) - Did not practice
