Lions-Vikings injury report: Ndamukong Suh probable for Sunday

New, comments

Despite missing some practice time with an illness, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is expected to play on Sunday.

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

After missing practice earlier in the week because of an illness, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and linebacker Josh Bynes both returned on a limited basis on Friday. Safety James Ihedigbo, however, did not practice on Friday after becoming the latest player to catch this illness. Even so, he is probable for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings, as are Suh and Bynes.

Aside from defensive tackle Nick Fairley, who is once again out for the Lions, the only players not listed as probable for Sunday are running back Reggie Bush and linebacker Tahir Whitehead. Bush indicated earlier in the week that he was planning to play on Sunday after getting a day off on Wednesday, but he's merely questionable after being limited the last two days. Whitehead is also questionable after suffering a shoulder injury in practice.

Here's the Lions' full injury report for Week 15:

RB Reggie Bush (ankle) - Questionable
