Lions-Bears inactives: No surprises for Detroit

New, comments

There isn't anything surprising about this week's inactives for the Detroit Lions.

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

The Detroit Lions' list of inactives this week is pretty straightforward. There are no real surprises involving the inactives, which is a good thing considering it's a reflection of the team's health right now. Although the Lions did lose starting right tackle LaAdrian Waddle to a season-ending injury in the last week, the players still on the 53-man roster are quite healthy.

Really, the only notable thing about this week's inactives is that cornerback Mohammed Seisay is on it because of a hamstring injury. New Lions cornerback Josh Thomas will play as a result, although he will likely be limited to a special teams-only role.

Here's the full list of inactives for the Lions:

QB Kellen Moore
WR Ryan Broyles
OG Rodney Austin
DE Larry Webster
DT Nick Fairley
DT Caraun Reid
CB Mohammed Seisay

And here are the Chicago Bears' inactives for Sunday:

QB David Fales
OG Kyle Long
DE Trevor Scott
DT Will Sutton
CB Terrance Mitchell
S Chris Conte
K Robbie Gould
