The Detroit Lions are suddenly a pretty healthy team. After having an extended break following Thanksgiving, the Lions returned to practice on Wednesday with only defensive tackle Nick Fairley sidelined. This means that starting offensive linemen Riley Reiff and Larry Warford both returned to practice, and they did so without any limitations. Both players have missed time with knee injuries, but it looks like they could be on track to return to game action this week.
Here's the Lions' full injury report for Wednesday:
RB Reggie Bush (ankle/back) - Fully practiced
WR Calvin Johnson (ankle) - Limited in practice
OT Riley Reiff (knee) - Fully practiced
OG Larry Warford (knee) - Fully practiced
DT Nick Fairley (knee) - Did not practice
Take note that running back Reggie Bush also practiced without any limitations. Perhaps this is a sign that he is finally ready to return -- for real this time. I know there has been a lot of conflicting information on him in recent weeks with him continuing to miss games, but it would be surprising if Bush doesn't play this week if he continues to fully practice.
