The NFL offseason hasn't been underway for all that long, but the NFL Combine and free agency are right around the corner. With that in mind, the time has come to fully shift our attention to the 2014 Detroit Lions and what they need to do this offseason. The Lions have their new coaching staff in place, and it's time to just close the book on the 2013 season and move forward.
