2013 POD Awards: Offensive Player of the Year

Next up in the 2013 POD Awards is the category for the Detroit Lions' Offensive Player of the Year. Here are the nominees:

QB Matthew Stafford

Stafford completed 371 of his 634 passes in 2013 for 4,650 yards, 29 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. He also had 69 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns on 37 carries (with 4 lost fumbles).

RB Reggie Bush

In only 14 games, Bush ran for 1,006 yards and 4 touchdowns on 223 carries. Also, he caught 54 passes for 506 yards and 3 touchdowns. Like Stafford, Bush lost 4 fumbles in 2013.

WR Calvin Johnson

Johnson also played in only 14 games in 2013, but he still managed to catch 84 passes for 1,492 yards and 12 touchdowns. He lost 1 fumble over the course of the season.

OG Larry Warford

As a rookie, Warford started at right guard in all 16 games for the Lions, and he didn't allow a single sack. On Pro Football Focus, he finished as one of the NFL's best offensive guards with a +22.8 grade.

C Dominic Raiola

Raiola started at center in all 16 games for the Lions, and he also didn't allow a single sack. PFF gave him a +18.6 grade, putting him second in the NFL at center.
