Since our last approval poll for Detroit Lions general manager Martin Mayhew (at the end of March), not much has happened involving the team from a transactions standpoint. The first major wave of free agency was already complete by that point, and since then, the Lions have mainly been making minor additions to the bottom of their roster.
Even so, it's time for our April approval poll for Mayhew. Usually an approval poll at the end of April would reflect what the Lions did in the draft, but this year it's a chance to see what kind of rating Mayhew has going into the draft. This time around, we'll have to wait until our May approval poll to see what kind of effect the draft had on Mayhew's rating.
For reference, here's a look at Mayhew's previous approval ratings:
March 2014: 80% approval
January 2014: 74% approval
December 2013: 87% approval
November 2013: 82% approval
October 2013: 87% approval
September 2013: 70% approval
June 2013: 73% approval
